Principles incorporated into business activities based on universal declarations and conventions. It consists of ten principles, three on the environment based on the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development; two on human rights, based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948; four on labor, inspired by the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work; and the most recent against corruption, included on June 24, 2004, in the United Nations Convention.
